Are consultations available by telephone or video?
Consultations are conducted in person at the Mississauga office by appointment. The firm does not accept walk-ins or provide consultations by phone or video.
What if the accused person is in custody?
Police calls for arrested clients and calls from Ontario correctional institutions are accepted at any time.
Does the firm accept Legal Aid?
Legal Aid certificates may be accepted for serious charges, subject to an individual assessment and availability.
